Approved — /rss add matches #531: moderator-only (ModerateMembers), validates channel type, rejects duplicates via FetchByUrlAndChannel, defers while fetching/parsing the feed, seeds LastFetchedItemGuid from the newest item, and returns a clear confirmation embed. Registry wiring and tests cover the acceptance paths (missing fields, fetch/save failures, success). Looks good to merge.
