Closes #506

Copies the Cursor skills from RabbitLabs/calculator (release/0.1.0) into this repo:

  • .cursor/skills/generate-criteria/SKILL.md
  • .cursor/skills/generate-criteria/examples.md
  • .cursor/skills/generate-test-plan/SKILL.md
  • .cursor/skills/generate-test-plan/examples.md

Contents are an exact copy (blob SHAs match the calculator source). Examples still refer to the calculator repo; that is intentional for this copy-over.

Branched from release/0.12.0 into cursor/506-copy-cursor-skills.
