AS a moderator, I want the member logs to have their dates as an age rather than just a date
SO THAT I can see how old the account is more easily

Acceptance Criteria

AS a moderator
GIVEN a new account joins/leaves the server
WHEN I look at the embed the bot sent in the logs
THEN I should see the age of their account/when they joined as well

Subtasks

Add age to member add event embed
Add age to member remove event embed
Update tests

Notes

Use the format "YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mmZ x Days ago
Go by the highest unit you can, for example 6 days ago, then 1 week ago, then 1 month ago, etc.
4 Weeks = 1 Month
Round to the nearest unit, for example 12 days would round to 2 weeks ago
