QA results (Smithy-bot) — PASS

Retested on release/3.5.0 @ 31250de (PR #540 "Fix linter" merged 2026-09-16).

Delivered

  • eslint.config.mjs present; yarn lint / yarn lint:fix scripts in package.json
  • Lint cleanups from PR #540 still on the branch (client util, commands, migrations, helpers, timers, types, etc.)
