Implemented on branch cursor/557-copy-cursor-skills (branched from release/3.5.0).

PR: #561 — marked ready for review, awaiting your approval.

Copied all four files from RabbitLabs/calculator release/0.1.0 byte-for-byte (blob SHAs match): generate-criteria/SKILL.md, generate-criteria/examples.md, generate-test-plan/SKILL.md, generate-test-plan/examples.md. This repo had no .cursor/ directory before, so nothing existing was touched. yarn build and yarn test pass on the branch.

Moved to step/review. Self-check notes are on the PR.
