Describe the bug
When trying to run the poll command, it isn't available in the list of commands, and so its not available for users to use.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Type in '/poll'
The bot won't pick this up as a valid poll

Expected behavior
The poll command should be in the bot, which should work like it did previously.
