AS a developer, I want to stop using the deprecated GetConnection method via TypeORM
SO THAT I am no longer using deprecated functions

Acceptance Criteria

AS a developer
GIVEN I am accessing the database with TypeORM
WHEN I execute the code
THEN I should no longer be using the GetConnection method to do so
