AS a server moderator, I want the mute command to warm me that the command will be removed in the future
SO THAT I can start being aware to use the timeout command instead

Acceptance Criteria

AS a server moderator
GIVEN I want to mute a user
WHEN I run the mute command
THEN the bot will reply with a message stating the command will be removed

Notes

"This command has been deprecated and will be removed in a future update. Please use the timeout command"
Only the moderator should see the message
