AS a potato talk member, I want to be able to mark an objective as complete
SO THAT I can get a moon from this objective

Acceptance Criteria

AS a potato talk member
GIVEN I want to mark an objective as complete
AND I am on the view embed
WHEN I click the "Complete" button
THEN the bot will mark this objective as completed
AND my moon count will be given another moon
