SO THAT I can see the totals of everyone's moons

Acceptance Criteria

AS a user
GIVEN I want to see the current server's leaderboard
WHEN I type /moons leaderboard
THEN I should see the totals of everyone in the server

Subtasks

Create moons leaderboard command
Update tests

Notes

The leaderboard should only show those who have at least 1 moon and of moons that have been added in this server
