Deferred major bump from the 2.5.0 dependency audit. Within-range updates for 2.5.0 left htmlparser2 on the v10 line (^10.1.0).

Description

Upgrade the runtime dependency htmlparser2 from ^10.1.0 to the latest v12 release.

Current: 10.x (^10.1.0)
Target: 12.x (latest at audit time: 12.0.0)
Package type: runtime dependency (HTML/XML parsing)

Acceptance Criteria

package.json / yarn.lock use htmlparser2 12
Gallery / HTML parsing behaviour is unchanged for Reddit content
yarn test, yarn build, and yarn lint pass
Review changelog for breaking API changes between 10 → 11 → 12
