Summary

Incrementally resolve build warnings introduced or surfaced by the project restructure.

Context

PR #82 builds with ~27 warnings — mostly nullable reference (CS8604) and Blazor BL0008 ([SupplyParameterFromForm] + initializer). These are largely pre-existing template patterns but should be cleaned up to keep CI signal useful.

Scope

Triage warnings from a clean dotnet build on release/0.1.0 after #82 merges
Fix high-signal warnings (nullability in Identity flows, BL0008 on form pages)
Document any warnings intentionally suppressed with justification
