Goal: Provide a SKU-first product catalog that listings can be linked to.

In scope (P0):

Create / edit / view Products with: SKU (unique, required), Name (required), Cost (optional), Notes (optional), Low-stock threshold override (optional)
On-hand quantity field (integer ≥ 0)

Acceptance criteria:

User can create a product with a unique SKU
Duplicate SKUs are rejected
Product list is searchable
