Goal: Allow a user to sign up, log in, and be guided through the first-run workflow.

In scope (P0):

Email/password or passwordless auth (single user per account)
First-run checklist: import → resolve unmapped → view listings
Empty states for listings, products, unmapped queue

Acceptance criteria:

User can sign up and log in
First-run checklist is shown until core steps are completed
Empty states are shown when no data exists
