Takes over the remaining work from #34 for #11.

Changes on top of feature/11-forgejo-actions

• Add cursor/* to the test workflow push triggers
• Sync PKGBUILD pkgver from Cargo.toml in the stage workflow (VylpesTester review)
• Copy LICENSE into build/ and install it via $startdir/LICENSE so makepkg succeeds
• Drop unused Node.js install steps from test/stage/prod workflows

stage.yml already targets main (prior fix for the other VylpesTester comment).

Operator note from #34: FORGEJO_TOKEN secret and FORGEJO_URL variable still needed for the prod publish job.
