Summary

Upgrade typeorm from 0.3.31 to 1.x (1.1.1 at time of filing).

Current / Target

Current: 0.3.31 (security patch applied in #531; still on 0.3 line)
Latest: 1.1.1

Notes

This is a large breaking upgrade: entities, DataSource config, migrations, and query APIs may change.
Plan dedicated migration work and regression testing of all DB paths.
Deferred from #531 which only applied non-breaking / 0.3.x security updates.

Acceptance Criteria

typeorm is on 1.x
Migrations run cleanly (up/down smoke)
Runtime DB flows and tests pass
