Summary

Upgrade @types/node from ^24.19.1 to ^26.x.

Current / Target

  • Current: 24.19.1 (latest non-breaking in #531)
  • Latest: 26.6.4

Notes

  • Major DefinitelyTyped bump; may surface new Node typings mismatches.
  • Prefer aligning with the Node runtime used in production/CI.
  • Deferred from #531 which only applied non-breaking updates.

Acceptance Criteria

  • @types/node is on v26.x
  • yarn build / yarn test pass with no new typing debt
