Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Instead of being a flat 50% it is currently, we should dynamically set the chance based on the user's inventory.
For example, if the user has 75% of the database unclaimed, then they have a 75% chance of the effect giving an unclaimed card.
There should be a maximum and minimum value configured, so its never too high or too low
