AS a developer and tester, I want a stage-only command which lets me copy over cards from the stage environment over to the prod environment
SO THAT I can release tested cards into production without developer intervention

Acceptance Criteria

AS a developer and tester
GIVEN I want to release new cards to production
WHEN I run /releasetoprod
THEN I will have the cards synced over to the production environment
AND the stage bot will notify the production bot to reinitialise the card database

Subtasks

Create hook to trigger the prod bot to recheck
