SO THAT I am limited on the amount of cards I can claim, therefore I need to be more strategic on what cards I claim

Acceptance Criteria

AS a user
GIVEN I claim a card
AND I have more than 10 coins
WHEN I click the claim button
THEN I will be given the card
AND 10 coins will be deducted from my balance

AS a user
GIVEN I claim a card
AND I have less than 10 coins
WHEN I click the claim button
THEN I will receive an error
